Rich in protein, eggs help strengthen the hair follicles. They also contain Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin D and Vitamin E which prevent dandruff, improve oxygen supply to the scalp, promote hair growth and boost blood circulation respectively.
1. For healthy and beautiful hair
Beat 2 egg yolks (depending on the length of the hair they could be 1 or 3) and add 2 table spoons of castor oil. Rub this on your hair. Stay for 20 minutes, rinse.
2. For soft and smooth hair.
Beat 2 raw eggs. Put the mixture on your hair with massage movements. Stay until your hair is dry. Wash your hair and rinse with a mixture of Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse. Repeat the procedure once a month and your hair will be soft and smooth.
4. For dry hair
Mix one yolk with ¼ cup of yogurt and grated lemon peel (from ¼ lemon). Mix well and place the mixture on your hair. Leave the mask for about an hour and then rinse. The combination of yogurt and egg is great for every hair type but mostly for the dry.
5. To make your damaged hair shiny
Mix one egg with 3-4 spoons of lemon juice. Leave it for 10 minutes and rinse carefully.
6. For Swimmers
Mix one egg with olive oil and peeled and grated cucumber. Place on your hair, leave for 10 minutes and rinse. This mask is very appropriate for people spending much time in water – swimmers.
7. For smoothness.
Mix 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 egg yolk, 1 table spoon of almond oil and 1 table spoon of yogurt. Mix well and place on your hair. This will make your hair smooth.
8. To add thickness and volume to your hair
3 egg yolks, 1 table spoon of olive oil and 1 coffee spoon of rum. Mix well, place the mixture and leave it for about 20 minutes. It is good to put a towel on your head. Rinse with warm water.
- The first rinse of egg masks should be with warm water so the egg white does not get hard to remove from the hair.
- The quantities of the ingredients you can change according to the length of your hair.
- These recipes are for medium length hair.
